1. Application: Please read the promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms apply to everyone who is a qualifying customer for Telkom Rewards. (“the Promotion”).
2. The Promoter: This Promotion is conducted by Telkom., situated [The Hub, 61 Oak Ave, Highveld Techno Park, Centurion, 0157]; together with [TLC Worldwide situated at 1st Floor, Block F, 150 Linden Road, Strathavon, Sandton, 2196], (“the Promoter”).
3. Terms: Instructions on how to qualify for the promotion, the rules, directions and rewards all form part of these Terms. If you take part in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept that the Promoter’s decision is final.
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion commences on 01 October 2024 and will end on 31 January 2025. No entries received after 23:59 on 31 January 2025 will be considered.
5. Eligibility:
(a) The Promotion is open to all citizens and legal residents of South Africa.
(b) You must be 18 (eighteen) years old or older to participate in this Promotion and have a valid South African Identity document, or a valid passport, and necessary residency permission.
(c) You must be a Telkom Mobile subscriber, Post-paid, Prepaid or Hybrid.

Recharge with a minimum or R20 or more.

6. People who may not enter the Promotion: Any person who is a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant (“Associates”) of the Promoter, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls, is employed by or is controlled by the Promoter, and/or immediate family members of Associates, who are indirectly or directly connected to or employed by any party in the aforementioned capacities or relationships, their advertising agencies, manufacturers, distributors and each of their affiliates (“Disqualified Persons”).
7. Participation Selection:
(a) These campaigns and rewards are governed by criteria determined solely at the discretion of Telkom and are subject to modification or termination at any time without prior notice. Rewards are not an entitlement of any customer and are granted at the sole discretion of Telkom.
8. Rewards: Participants in this promotion will win a reward voucher from 3 different tiers of reward offerings depending on what they have qualified for.
9. Participant Verification and Reward Delivery:
(a) Qualifying customers will be contacted via SMS, with a participation code and the reward site URL,
(b) Once the customer inputs their participation code onto the site, and their code is accepted as correct, the customer will land on a rewards page to redeem their reward.
(c) Once the customer chooses their reward, the customer will receive an SMS with their reward voucher code and further instructions on how to redeem.
10. Defects: The Promoter is not responsible for defects in the reward offering. The Promoter or the reward provider’s total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the value of the Reward.

10. TLC Dining – (6 months access)
· Customers to visit the TLC Dining platform www.tlcdiningrewards.com
· Customers to enter their mobile number and unique code and click submit.
· Customers can explore a range of dining choices and click on the restaurant of their choice.
· Customers can also enter their address to filter nearby restaurants.
· Once a customer clicks on the restaurant, they will have access to the restaurant offers.
· Customer to claim the offer of their choice and an SMS with the selected voucher will be sent to their mobile number as well as the terms of use.
· The customer can have access and enjoy all the offers on the platform for 1 month.
· The voucher may not be transferable nor exchanged for cash.
· The voucher cannot be stacked.

11. TLC Travel (Local Flights) – (R250 or R400)
· To redeem your voucher, visit www.tlctravel.co.za.
· Select and complete your flight request and click search to find the best deal.
· Select your flights & complete the travellers information.
· Click next steps and go to the choose payment and complete the details.
· Add code under "ENTER VOUCHER CODE" and click on redeem.
· These vouchers are valid for the period stipulated.
· The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash value.
· Any amount of the voucher not redeemed on booking may be forfeited.
· Voucher code is case sensitive.
· Select payment method before attempting to insert voucher code.

12. Intercity Xpress (Return bus) – (R100 off)
· For telephonic bookings, call the national Intercity contact centre at 010 822 9000 and provide your voucher code.
· The voucher amount will be deducted from your total fare upon payment.
· Please note that vouchers cannot be redeemed at Shoprite or Checkers.
· You can use only one voucher per customer, and it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
· The voucher is valid solely for return trips within South Africa and cannot be combined with other promo codes or offers.

· Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the passengers and date/time specified.
· Ensure all ticket details are correct, as any changes will invalidate the ticket.
· Replacement tickets are required for trip changes, and positive identification may be requested when boarding.
· Fares are subject to change; only the fare at purchase is binding.
· Intercity Xpress reserves the right to refuse admission but will refund ticket holders if necessary.
· Arrive 30 minutes before departure; unfilled seats 10 minutes prior will be sold to standby passengers.
· Tickets can be cancelled with a 20% fee if done at least 6 hours before departure, with refunds processed within 15 working days.
· Cancellations due to death or hospitalization will also incur a 20% fee.
· Rebooking is possible up to 3 hours before departure with a 20% fee; rebooked tickets are non-refundable.
· No rebooking or refund is available if you miss the bus.
· Voucher codes cannot be stacked or combined.
13. Travel Credits – (R1000 Credits)
NB* Travel Credits are hotel savings that can be redeemed via the hotel booking platform. Depending on the length of stay and hotel you are trying to book, the whole or part of your hotel savings will be deducted from the total of your hotel stay. You can use your Travel Credits across multiple bookings until they are fully consumed or your profile expires as per the promotional terms.

The voucher code is valid for one month upon receipt. Customers need to use the Unique Code and PIN received via SMS to activate their travel credits. The maximum amount of discount customers can get on their booking is up to R1000. The full allocation of travel credits needs to be spent within 3 years. The vouchers cannot be stacked (i.e. only one voucher code can be used per booking).

12. Reward Substitution: The Promoter may substitute Rewards with similar Rewards or with Rewards which have a similar value.
13. Indemnity: To the maximum extent allowed by law, you indemnify the Promoter, its affiliates, associated companies, advertising agencies, advisers, suppliers, and agents against all claims, damages or losses resulting from your participation in this Promotion, even were arising from negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter.
14. Publicity: The Promoter may ask you to be identified, recorded or photographed and to have the photographs or recordings published in various media, including print and web-based media, for purposes of the Promotion or for the business of the Promoter. The Promoter may ask to use your image for marketing purposes, without any payment to you. You may decline this request.
15. Wrongdoing: The Promoter may disqualify you if fraud or cheating is suspected in your participation in the Promotion. This can include manipulation of code or falsifying of data. You may also be banned from participating in this or any other promotion which the Promoter or Telkom may run, for a period decided by the Promoter.
16. Cancellation and Changes: The Promoter may cancel or make changes to the Promotion, the Terms or Rewards at any time, where the Promoter believes that the change or cancellation is necessary or where things which are outside of the control of the Promoter happen. Any changes will be posted either within the Promotion information or these Terms and will become effective immediately after being made or on a date chosen by the Promoter. You will not have any claim against the Promoter because of the changes in the Terms or the Rewards.
17. Technical failures and Unauthorized intervention: The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical fault of any telephone network, online systems, servers, equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination of these things, including any damage to your computer, resulting from your participation in this Promotion or your downloading any materials in this Promotion.
18. Consumer Protection Act: The Promotion will be conducted according to the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”). Should you win a Reward in the Promotion, you will promptly do all things necessary to allow the Promoter to comply with its obligations under the CPA including, but not limited to (i) providing any personal information required to facilitate handing over the Reward (including providing proof of address and identity number) and (ii) signing receipt of the Reward when it is delivered.
19. Data Privacy: By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of your personal information. You may withdraw this consent at any time by written notification to the Promoter: telkom@tlcrewards.com. The Promoter and its affiliates will collect and use the personal information listed herein (a) to enable your participation in this promotional promotion; (b) for activities related to this promotion; (c) for the Promoter’s, its affiliates and subsidiaries’ marketing purposes; and (d) for communication to you about products and product offers of the Promoter. The Promoter will not use the personal information for a different purpose without first obtaining your permission. The Promoter keeps personal information to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations and the Promoter’s privacy policy. For the Promoter’s affiliates and the Promoter’s service providers for the fulfilment of (a), (b) and (c), the Promoter will not allow third parties to use your personal information. You further agree that your personal information may in appropriate circumstances reside outside of South Africa, and you hereby agree to the transfer of your personal information to locations outside of South Africa and the use of your personal information in such locations as described in this clause.
20. Law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court (Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg) for all matters which are connected to these Terms.
